Horrible experience and waste of time at this dealer ship. My sales person was Scott Sohn and by far out of all my experiences of buying cars this was the worst. After a few weeks of negotiations Scott offers me a price and i accept. When doing the credit application he decides to raise the price of the car claiming that the manger won’t approve. This dealership will NOT honor its price online nor the prices they give you. Save your time and take your money elsewhere.
Ron helped me buy my first car a 5 series but has been helping my family for years. He made the process so easy and was incredibly helpful at purchase time and after. Great service!
Gen was great with helping with financing and took time to fully explain everything that I was getting. He made what could’ve been a stressful process easy and pleasant.
This was my very first time at a BMW dealership so I didn't know what to expect when I first got there. Nick was assigned as my sales associate and was nothing short of amazing! Even my 12 year old daughter made a comment on his professionalism. Nick was patient with answering all my questions, extremely knowledgeable on BMW vehicles and most importantly, didn't try to up sell me on a more expensive car.
