This dealership is way above the few I have visited and shows excellent customer service from start to finish. Desiree is a star! I have purchased two cars from her in the last year. I never wasted a moment of my time sitting at her desk. When I closed on both of them I was in and out at no time at all. The dealership is like all other BMW dealerships including good coffee. I would definitely buy a third car from BMW of Silver Spring.
