This dealership is made up of friendly and professional people. My salesman, Harold Shelby, could not be friendlier or more helpful. He treated me as I would expect to be treated by a top notch dealership, and he is good to his word. If he says he will do something, including returning your call, he does it. Even though I live in Texas I get better treatment and a better deal than I can in Houston. This is the second time I have dealt with BMW of Silver Spring. When my lease is up I expect to return. Kyle is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about his customers. He ensures to guide them and find what works best for them. Not only is he honest, but very knowledgeable and will match you with the perfect car! I traded in my 2018 BMW and got a 2021 BMW 330, and only red car on the lot which matched me perfectly! Gen and Andre was really knowledgeable and helpful. Mostly i liked the condition of the car which was better than in the picture. I got a used 2015 M3 and it is awesome. Highly recommend it to get it from this dealer especially with those two individual who dont let the customer feel not taken care. Keep up the good work!!

I’ve never had a better experience purchasing a car at a dealership. Harold Shelby was my salesman and he made me feel comfortable the entire time.
