The BMW of Silver Spring dealership is great. I was particularly pleased by their sales person Nate Vitek who could not have been better. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and very patient. He made it a very good I experience for me, helping me to choose and build exactly the car I wanted. I will strongly recommend BMW of Silver Spring and Nate in particular to friends and family.
Everyone at the dealership was professional, informative and had great customer service. It was nice doing business with them!
I purchased a 2021 BMW 750i from BMW of Silver Springs in October of 2021. The experience was fantastic. Harold Shelby was my salesperson and he is the best. He walked me through the entire process virtually. He helped me secure a reasonably priced transport company to deliver the car to my door (I live in NC). We were able to negotiate price, sign paper work, pay for the car and get it delivered in 7 days. I am really pleased with the experience. I highly recommend Harold Shelby and BMW Silver Springs.
Dealership did an amazing job providing transparent and fair customer service. They were able to complete my transaction smoothly and always have something fun in inventory. Nate did an amazing job on this and another purchase for my wife. Would recommend both him and the dealership for anyone I know
My car buying experience with Desirea was awesome! She was well informed, friendly, and extremely professional. She communicated well via telephone, text, and email and was prompt when I arrived for my appointment. I was able to get the car I wanted and it was a very pleasant experience. I definitely will recommend Desirea and BMW of Silver Spring to others!

After spending the entire day shopping for cars at other dealerships I was extremely frustrated. The salesmen at the other dealerships were pushy and condescending and I think even if I had found a car I had really liked, I would have said no on principle. Getting to BMW of Silver Spring and working with Desirea was refreshing. She was professional, direct, answered every question we had, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Purchased my X5 M50i from Harold Shelby after literally walking away from another BMW due to terrible customer service. From first contact Harold treated me like a VIP and the VIP treatment continued even after I picked up the car.
