"Professional friendly staff" Ron Askew was amazing...he promised and delivered a great experience. My experience at another dealership in Virginia was horrible...they can sure learn a few things about professionalism and honesty from BMW in Silver Spring, MD. While waiting for my X1's service, I decided to test drive the X2 and I am glad Gen was the advisor to greet me. He answered all my questions professionally, looked over specs together, and showed me what he had available for me to drive. Overall, great conversation and experience with Gen, and grateful for his time and attention. When I'm ready, I'll be sure to find Gen.

"Amazing dealership with better staff" Gen immediately answered and gave us great service. Gen was the best dealer we have ever worked with. I usually HATE shopping for vehicles because you cannot get a straight answer and everything is pressured. Gen answered all of my questions online. He provided great feedback. "Exceptional!" Exceptional! First, Max quoted the best price. Second, the lease has been 100% no hassle; Max was fully up to speed on multiple security deposits to reduce the money factor and every other detail including out of state registration and fees. Third, Max efficiently and promptly negotiated with BMWNA to get exactly the options I wanted. "Great and efficient " Gen was super helpful and wonderful to work with. He was very personable and made our car buying experience great. Pedro from the finance department was awesome as well. He went over everything and got us out as quick and efficient as possible. Would definitely go back!
