"Excellent Customer Service with Eric and Max!" What is unique about this review is that I did not end up purchasing a vehicle, but the service I received from Eric Lovo and Max Moyer during the process was outstanding! "Great experience purchasing a car" I bought an X5 from Gen Awanohara. Overall I had a great experience. I bought the car sight unseen out of state so it was especially challenging but Gen was very responsive and detail oriented. Would definitely buy from him again.

"Outstanding response to our car search" Ms. Karen Herbert provided outstanding service during our recent search for a manual transmission car. She replied immediately to our email request, and had the car ready for a test drive within hours. She is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Manual transmissions are hard to find, but she did it. We had a thoroughly positive experience with Karen.
