"Amazing customer service!" The staff at BMW of Silver Spring is amazing! I recently purchased a 4 series and could not be happier with the car and the service I've received throughout the entire process. A special shout out to Pedro Delgado from finance who really went above and beyond to make sure my temporary tags were renewed, despite all the issues w/ COVID! Thanks again Pedro!

"The Ultimate Buying Experience!" I've purchased 10 BMW's over the past 15 years, all from this dealership and all from Andy Alexis. "Great Experience! " I recently bought a X5 from BMW of Silver Spring and the process couldn't have been easier. My salesman, Ben, was fast to reply online, provided me all of the information that I asked for prior to going to the dealership, stuck to the deal he offered via text, and made the overall process of buying my BMW as pleasant as possible.
