"Exceptional Service at BMW of Silver Spring" This is the second car I've bought from Karen and the experience has always been exceptional. Let me tell you, I bought a 2020 M2 competition, only because of the standard transmission factor, with lots of accessories. When I got approved, Karen came back and said the Sales Manager wanted all the accessories paid for or down payment equivalent to the cost, because he had a few bad experience with customers not wanting the car after delivery. "Great Experience!" As a 56 year old I have purchased a lot of vehicles. "Great Experience" Had a great experience from beginning to end with the purchase of my new X3. Andy Alexis, Sr. was extremely helpful and patient as he walked me through the decison process. Andy Alexis, Jr. was very patient and informative during his orientation presentation. Julia Plummer was very helpful as she explained options and completed the sales process. All in all, the entire process was a very positive experience.
