"Nice Experience with Gen in BMW of Silver Spring" My sister drove a BMW X1 and it was a good car. I became interest in X3. I found a good used X3 and contacted BMW of Silver Spring. Gen Awanohara at sales contacted me and sent information packages such as photos, BMW certified used car inspection in advance before my test drive. Gen was very helpful, courteous, prepared and responsive. He explained well about a car and tried to help me find a good car for me and financial deal. "Gen was a great salesmen! He was very well informed and..." Gen was a great salesmen! He was very well informed and extremely helpful in helping my daughter decide what kind of car she wanted ( he even brought up a YouTube video comparing different models). While we ultimately decided to go with a different car, our experience with Gen was a enjoyable one, he really made the experience of buying a luxury car a true luxury. If you're thinking about buying a BMW, ask for Gen, you won't go wrong!!

"Great Experience at BMW of Silver Spring" I traded my 2014 X3 for a 2020 X3 at BMW of Silver Spring. I saw the 2020 X3 at their website. When I went there the website description was spot on. I worked with Ron Askew who was professional, personable and customer oriented. He answered my questions, offered a fair price and we closed the deal. Iso Ebong handled the financing piece and was also professional and personable. Overall, a great experience.

"High end experience with a great price" Our family was in the market for a mini van and BMW of Silver Spring had a very nice used one. Ron Askew was professional, courteous and went further than any other sales person we had interacted with to get my family's business. He was low pressure and went out of his way to make us happy. "Highly Recommend BMW of Silver Spring " Had a fantastic experience buying my vehicle from BMW of Silver Spring. Gen Awanohara, my client advisor, is great to work with. It was a one-stop shop for all of my questions and made car buying a worry-free experience. "Excellent Customer Service with Great Deals " This is the second BMW we've leased from Karen Herbert and both times we had a pleasant experience. My husband hates shopping for cars when our lease is due to expire so it's not pretty watching him negotiate. However, we didn't feel like we were taken for a ride. I would highly recommend BMW of Silver Spring

"Ron and Brandi were great!..We basically did everything..." Ron and Brandi were great!..We basically did everything we could do over the phone. He fought for me and got me good deal on my trade which was a BMW that needed over 4k worth of work. They got the car I wanted brought over from another BMW dealership. No tricks, no upcharging.
