"I have been using this dealership for a number of years..." I have been using this dealership for a number of years and have always been very pleased with their sales as service. Their staff is always professional and courteous. This is expected but not the same at all dealerships. So it is nice to feel appreciated when spending my hard earned money.

"Professional customer service" I went in to look at the X2 and the X3 SUV and was very impressed with salesman Ronald Askew who was very kind and attentive to the type of vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He showed me both and I ended up buying the X2. The financing manager Allen Kim was great making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Overall I am thrilled with the service I received at BMW of Silver Spring.

"Allen kim was our finance manager and he has helped my..." Allen kim was our finance manager and he has helped my family a lot, he found a better bank that offered a better rate couple days later. We have a new born on the way in two months and him going above and beyond for us means alot. Thank you Allen. Please see for finance as he is one of the best in the dmv. Also David our sales person was amazing. We are looking for another vehicle also and will buy hopefully soon.

"Professional " Went in to look at an SUV type. Found a great one in our price range. Ended up buying, we received great service. I am from out of state and they were able to overcome every issue that was brought up because of that. They answered every question we had and were very professional. They even stayed late to help us. 10/10
