Mr. Robert was extremely knowledgeable of the car, was very patient with me as I took my time to decide on the purchase, courteous, and accomodating. Dealing with Mr. Robert and Moss Motors was a pleasant experience. I would recommend Mr. Robert and this dealership.
We were first time buyers here at Moss BMW and the service was wonderful. It was very easy and no pressure, just professional, courteous people.
The whole process was easy! Chad walked me through the selection process giving advice when requested with the perfect amount of customer service. When my X-5 came in Chad took the time to go over all the bells and whistles that come with a BMW. Deciding to change to an SUV this time I shopped around other brands, but ultimately came back to buy my second BMW with Chad. The beautiful interior, large navigation display, safety features and Moss Service are what kept me at MOSS BMW.
Chad and Troy handled the purchase of our BMW very professionally and with great attention to detail. I started our search online and Chad responded the next day. We met shortly after that and he found 3 vehicles that fit the bill. Our final choice was delivered within a couple of weeks. They were both very considerate and patient.
