This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from Moss Motors but my first BMW. I have always been pleased with my experiences with this dealership which is why I keep buying from them. My sales representative was Mike Robair and the level of service and follow up on my new purchase far exceeded my expectations. I love my new X5 and Mike has made the new car experience pleasant. Michelle is the by far the best sales rep ever! Purchasing a new vehicle can be so stressful but not if you have a sales rep like Michelle Newland. She is truly amazing - there wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer and she explained everything in detail and all with the utmost patience and understanding and always with a smile. This was so easy - everything except waiting for the car to be built! Michelle was delightful to work with. She knows the products thoroughly and is a patient teacher - for those of us who don't immediately gravitate toward voice commands. She's succeeded in getting me to use them. I feel confident recommending Michelle to friends and family; and will, no doubt work with her again in the future.
Michelle is truly amazing at what she does! She made us feel so comfortable and was genuinely interested in making sure that we were happy with our purchase. Michelle was/is a great salesman. Even a year after purchasing my car, she is still just a phone call away from any question I have! That's what you call Great Service!
