Michelle is an AWESOME sales rep hands down. This was my first BMW and believe me it will not be my last one being purchased from Michelle at Moss Motors in Lafayette, La. She worked really hard to get me what I wanted in my new BMW. And she did not stop just there. My dog recently chewed on my car and Michelle was there to make the pain go away by finding me the perfect Body Repair that made my car look brand new.
My experience with Michelle has been wonderful. I went in to have my car serviced and walked out in a new BMW. Michelle is very knowledgable in all aspects. Very personable as well. Michelle Newland made a dreadful experience one to remember in a positive way! I always dread the process of purchasing a car. She was so cordial and went out of her way to accommodate us and made us feel like we were her family in only a couple of hours. She was very knowledgeable with the details of the vehciles she sold and continued a relationship with us even after we purchased the car to ensure we were satisfied. Michelle is such a great person. She made me feel comfortable with my purchase and answered any and all of my questions.
