Not a Happy Customer Pickup my car it wasn't wash, oil gauge saying it's low Customer services didn't meet & greet. Covers for the battery and fuse panel was not put back together. Very Disappointed

Review of Used Car Purchase I had my usual outstanding buying experience with BMW of Houston North. Greg Schell is the best! I live 45 miles away and would never buy a BMW from anyone/anywhere else. This is the eighth BMW I have purchased from them.

Selective services BMW North Houston doesn't seem to be capable of booking appointments and honoring those service appointments for customers when they arrive. I've tried twice to schedule my vehicle for service and pick up a loaner vehicle both times I made the request four days out and both times BMW North has not been able to service my vehicle nor provide me with a loaner....horrible customer service I'll stay going to the Woodlands they actually listen and go out of their way while BMW nirth treats you like oh well who ... read more

Bad service Bad service, waited 7 hours and finance guy Fred never called back after gave wrong information at signing.

Routine maintenance Took forever for shuttle to pick me up. There were 2 people with same last name-they were all confused. My job was closed when I finally got picked up.

BMW North Houston Hannelore Briggs was extremely helpful throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable about all the cars and was able to answer all my questions about the differences between the cars I was interested in. I was very pleased with the whole transaction.

Retired Legal Nurse Consultant, Wife, Mother, Etc The vehicle was brought in for service on Nov. 6, 2016. Although the service representative was consistently pleasant, no repairs were completed for one month. When I did get my vehicle, December the 5th, after driving it home, putting it in the garage, the next time I started to use it, the battery was dead. Apparently it had sat in the repair shop to fix the oil leak for a month and no one had started it or charged the battery in the 29 degree weather and consequently left ... read more
