Bad Customer Service When I dropped off my wife?s car they were pretty vague about what they were going to do. They said it would be ready around lunch time and after calling them about 3 times to check the status, it was finally completed after 4pm even though all they did was an oil change. Once I picked it up, they didn?t explain anything again about the work they completed or the multi-point inspection.

Poor vehicle inspection Very long buying process laziness from financial people and autonation claims to do a250 point inspection buts repairs nothing and say all is good , lies on inspection sheet

BMW Service Department I took my car in for the scheduled maintenance with an appointment. I pulled into the service area and waited for someone to approach, since no one came right away I was about to get out when a person came over and asked me to wait in my vehicle for my service rep. I watched at least four more cars pull into the area that were greeted by their rep before me. Car mtce 2016 X5 BMW My service advisor is Mr. Radar. I was given another service advisor whom I never met when I checked in my car nor when I checked out my car. No one went over the final report with me, which left me very unsatisfied. The service advisor who checked in my car seemed very uninterested because he thought since my vehicle was preowned and I didn't purchase the maintenance plan and he wanted to charge me $200+ for an oil change. After he pulled up the correct paper work no apology was given. Allen Wilson

BMW Houston North Dealership Brought car in for transmission problem. After trans fluid was changed the dealer said car was running fine. As soon as I drove it, the EXACT issue happened again so I turned around and went back to the dealer. Transmission now seems to be worse than before. Already paid huge amount $$ for transmission service. Now this. Misdiagnosed? Maybe the transmission fluid didn’t need change and something else did need repair??? Who knows. How not to conduct business! This dealership on 2015 BMW 650i VIN # WBA6B2C5XFGB99307 increased the price while I was at dealership trying to buy the same car by $2000 !!!! " The low price you see is the price you pay. No haggling, no hassle, no stress." Either Autonation which I highly doubt would do this as i have bought many vehicles from this outstanding company or the management of this particular dealership is misguiding potential customers and customers. Horrible! I went there for the first time to get my car an oil change and filters replacement, I had my 3 kids with me, I was left there standing by my car for a really long time, I even asked if I could wait inside since I was carrying my baby, I was told no, that I needed to wait there for an advisor, the kid even came back and apologized twice, and told me he didn't understand what was taking so long. if you value your money, dont service here. brought my 2009 135i in for a half engine light and a recall. Had a good idea what was wrong and decided to over pay for to save time and hassle. held my car over the weekend, then when I was contacted, I was given a laundry list of problem after problem, with ridiculous prices too boot. new charge pipe $1500, oil leak $2000, back brakes $1200, etc, etc... and when I decided to not do the work, then it was a let me get you a better deal, game. Services The vehicle service delivery was unpleasant. Felt the dealer was punching for us to get our vehicle early and wanted payment for services. Also felt as they wanted their curtesy vehicle back ASAP. Wouldn’t service my vehicle here again.
