e46 M3 - Ruined Brand New Forgestar F14 Wheels I recently took my car for wheel balancing and alignment. I specifically told the advisor not the wash my car. They did it anyway and used degreaser on the wheels. The brand new wheels are stained permanently.

Unbelievable I made an appointment at 7:00am for my annual check-up and replacement of one tire. I purposely made the appointment early hoping that getting in first would help save some time (since all of my previous service visits have lasted 3 hours). Well, I had to wait for 4 1/2 hours this time, finished at 11:30. This is absolutely unacceptable service, considering it was just for an oil change, filter change, and a tire change. The location of this BMW dealer is on 1960/North I-45 area.

Horrible experience after purchase Tim Rennie sold me a 750Li certified and under full warranty. After the purchased I found out the car had damaged not disclosed. I call Tim about the problem and he told me "It is out of my hands now, can't help you" and 'the recovery department is on top of this" (there is no recovery department). Now I am stuck talking to Chris Jones service manager who does not answer my calls or emails and just keeps giving me the run around so that they don't have to pay for the repairs. i would stay a... read more

Just tried in vain to get chat info here Found a car at cars.com I was interested in. Cars.com showed that chat for BMW of Houston North was online. I contacted them, asked whether I could send someone in Houston to have the car checked out by an independent mechanic. This is a simple question and a simple request. The chat person did not know the answer but wanted my phone number and/or email to forward on to a rep. So chat is just a method of trolling to get information about possible buyers. Don't trust these people.

Careful on extended warranty/LoJack/ financemanage i bought a Pre-owned 3 series BMW and a finance manager told me below . Please read terms and conditions before sign up. 1. he would sell the car only if i take loan with them . 2. And also he told me that purchased extended warranty would be refund based on the miles/years driven . 3.in addition to that, he told install Lojack and insurance would go down by 10$ every month . i took loan with high interest even with good credit score .later i shifted to other banks . i came ... read more

Good service prior to purchase, no so good after!! I purchased a used Mercedes at BMW North and the purchase process took forever, even without financing. After the transaction, they had me wait even longer supposedly to detail the car. However, when I got the car, it had a horrible smell. It was so bad I had to drive with the windows down and it gave me a headach. They also told me the car was inspected, but after just two days the check engine light came on, they told me to take it to Mercedes and it cost me almost $300.00... read more

Preowned BMW 745Li acccident record not revealed On my way to view new BMW's (I was ready to purchase my 3rd BMW) I stopped by a Toyota Dealer to check out 2013 Avalons. While there, I asked how much my current BMW 745Li was worth on trade-in.
