"Excellent customer service" I was referred by a very good friend of mine to see Robin in the Service Department. My check engine light was on so I called to setup an appointment. She was able to get my car in for service and into a BMW loaner without any issues. "Outstanding Work on the BMW 7 at Sterling" Sean Spicher was fantastic as usual. Informed me of what I needed to pass inspection. Rear brakes were fixed perfectly. Incidentally, the price to do this was NOT MORE EXPENSIVE than what Virginia Tire and Auto was charging for new rear rotors and brake pads. So ultimately I decided to stick with the BMW dealer who has serviced and knows my car well. " I have visited multiple car dealerships (including BMW dealerships) in this area and even in other states, BMW of Sterling is by far the best dealership and service center I've been to.
