"Excellent service with Beaver Ho, Jose Zapata/Jeff Penn" My wife and I both had a terrific sales experience with Jeff Penn and Jose Zapata. It was followed up with amazing customer service for our X5 and X3 with Beaver Ho. Even though the dealership is not the closest to us, we are glad to make the trip out due to the service they have provided. "1sr experience at BMW service." Service was quick. Beaver seems to be very friendly. Did not feel any pressure to buy something taking in consideration that I came for a recall. Looking forward to come back hope not because of problems.

"Great service!" It was my first time at this dealership and the service was great. Robert Harrell was my service advisor. He did a very good job of ensuring that my car was serviced in a timely and efficient manner. He escorted me to the bay where my care was being serviced so that the technician could show me directly what he had found. Not all service centers do this so it's a plus to see who is working on your car. It is very important to me to establish a relationship with the folks working on my car. "Great Service Center" I've always had good Service at BMW of Sterling, but I recently worked with Service Advisor, Robin Jones and she was excellent. What made Robin stand apart from other Advisors was she didn't just focus on just the reason for my service that day, but what my future service schedule may look like. "Over the top sales experience!" Matt Tillman is hands down the best sales I have ever worked with. Not only was Matt knowledgeable on all the BMW models but he was also patient and easygoing throughout the entire process.
