"Awesome Service Received - Again" Took my 2013 X5 50i in Because the Comfort Access Features stopped working (Push Button Start and no Audio). Ms Robin Jones was my Service Advisor. Robin is very professional, she listened to my issues, took the vehicle in for service, and within a few hours, the problem was identified (Faulty Drivers Side Door Handle). "Follow up is very important" Sean is very knowledgeable, professional, personable. He followed up when he said he would and you can count on him to listen and problem solve. My car had been in the shop the preceding week and th e problem recurred a week later. Sean was quick to suggest how to get the car to Sterling BMW, schedule a loaner, and impact my schedule s little as possible.
