"Great Hustle" I had not used BMW in the past and I was pleasantly surprised at their top notch service. Tiffany, my service advisor, was able to accommodate my schedule and see to it that I was out the door within two hours. Great hustle!

"Worthy of the BMW name" Everyone was helpful even if not in on the sale. Everyone was patient despite a 6 hour+ process (due to external factors not dealer-related.) Picked car and signed and signed and signed but drove home in beautiful new 330i.

"The w is for waiting" The car needed service. It would take longer to build a new car, I guess. Therefore the time was well spent. I just wish they had returned the car with the same settings as they received them. It took a while for me to figure out that my headlights didnt turn on with the switch at off.

"2012 X5 service" Fixed the coolant leak I came in for. I like the video they provided showing checks and recommendations. However, their recommendation suffered from my home BMW dealer service which one month previously had looked at the same transmission “residues”. It would help if BMW dealers shared their diagnoses with each other by VIN. I declined their recommended $1800 “fix” but will watch this issue carefully.
