"Very friendly and courteous." Very professional. Clean facility. Nice waiting area/lounge. Plenty coffee and snacks. No pressure. Provided a video of the vehicle inspection and a print out of each recommended service with written quotes.

"Good Repair, Car returned dirty " The service and repair were as expected however there was debris from the service left on the passenger floor. This is not what I expected from a BMW dealership service center.

"Always better financing options available" Tim did a excellent job throughout the entire process until we discussed financing options where that department (Tammy) offered 2.99% as their best until the pressure sales of additional add-ons ) Jesus) provided 1.99% if I purchased additional options. When those were declined the 1.99% was removed and reverted back to 2.99%. I hate these dealership games that make the whole buying experience miserable.
