"Tina at Sarasota Bmw " I was in Sarasota right before Christmas with a series of car problems with my X5. Parts needed to be ordered in the work need to be completed in a very short time frame. The work was professionally done and reported to me with a video which was incredible. I give Sarasota BMW service department the highest ranking. I picked up the car on Christmas Eve and was able to drive back to Miami

"No complaints " I took my car in for a routine oil change. I was greeted promptly and my appointment was confirmed. Derek joined me in the waiting room, reconfirmed the reason for my visit, and promised me prompt service. Several employees stopped by my seat in the waiting room to greet me, I read a magazine, and ate one yummy cookie and it was time to go. The folks at Sarasota BMW really have their routine down and visits there are always pleasant.

"Excellent Service " Carlos Muniz is always professional, courteous and efficient in getting your service completed.as soon as possible. Waiting area not very conducive for laptop use and is crowded is the only downfall when waiting.
