"BATTERY REPLACEMENT " My service advisor is Carlos Muno. He has been my contact since we moved to Venice from Chicago in 2012. Alway very helpful and complete. I would never want to deal with anyone else. I had to once when Carlos was on vacation an felt that the guy I felt with was pushy and not very knowledgeable.

"Our Bmw needed a new instrument cluster" The entire staff was fantastic. Prompt service and updates hourly! Hats off to Tiffany Ferrara, she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. This was our first experience at this dealership and we would recommend it to anyone!
