"Service experience " My service experience at BMW of Sarasota was excellent. The experience with service manager Tiffany Ferrara was excellent. She was very polite and helpful through the entire experience. The dealership has upgraded to a great live feed from service technicians to give you a better understanding of service required. I would recommend going to BMW of Sarasota.

"Professional and pleasant personnel " It’s never fun having to need repairs. That said, everyone I dealt with, The greeter, the Service Advisor and the people who got me back on the road when all was said and done were great!

"Prompt, courteous, thorough." Made an appointment for service. Appointment was kept by the service center. An estimate was provided for both expense and time. A loaner was offered. Waiting Instead, there were current reading materials, refreshments, tv, and a representative asking everyone from time to time if she could be of assistance. Repair was completed earlier than estimated.
