"Excellent" Robert and Raj were kind and clear and capable and did everything they could to make the sale a success!!! "Service " Another wonderful service experience. Had a rather major repair for my car was given a lovely BMW loaner to drive while repair being completed. Everything was done efficiently and promptly. Carlos was wonderful as always he is always so kind always knowledgeable and extremely courteous.
"Oil change" The service was easy and quick. Carlos was great. Carlos was knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the specials and talked about the extended warranty.

"Tire sensor issues" Carlos has been our service advisor with my mom‘s 2017 BMW. My mom is elderly and he’s been more than gracious to us and supporting our needs. Can’t say enough about the fine service that we receive every time we bring the car.
