"Great experience every time" The service at BMW of Sarasota is nearly flawless. After a stressful morning when my car didn’t start I eventually had it towed to the dealership. Late to work, hot and tired after pushing my car out of a parking deck with a tow truck driver I finally arrived to the dealership. Fernando and the service team put me at ease. "Very profeshional" Naycolle is very professional knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Naycolle stayed late to accommodate us as did Tammy. We had a small problem with our cheque that Tammy handled on the spot we were very impressed.
