"Car Daycare? " I had to bring my car in for regular oil change service. And after just getting my car back after BMW having it for 4.5 weeks they needed it again over night to reprogram a whole new part and default the car back to factory settings. Although Carlos does an amazing job in getting me taken care it is externally frustrating to own and pay for a BMW, but when BMW needs my car I can’t have a loaner car. "Carlos is wonderful to work with" No matter what I bring my car in for, Carlos always makes sure my car is thoroughly checked. He always asks me if I need a shuttle or loaner car in case I can’t stay which is most cases since I have a business. He is always trust worthy and a pleasure to work with.

"The finest customer service ever!" I have owned many different makes of cars and have used many dealers for service but the service I experienced at BMW of Sarasota is the BEST I have ever experienced. From drop off to pickup, Tiffany followed the progress of my vehicle and reported back at me at every critical interval. It was a PLEASURE to do business with a company that has such a well designed customer service process and a conscientious staff. Kudos to BMW!

"Great experience" I was able to find the right car just for me at the price I was looking for, the sales team was able to get me a wonderful deal. The best part and by far the easiest was the financing. JP was exceptional and extremely professional. He really put my mind at ease, answering any questions I had. I would return back to this dealership to work with him again for any car buying I might do in the future.
