"Unexpected situation was superbly handled." My air condition stopped working and the service department took care of me immediately on a Saturday even though I did not have an appointment. A loaner car was provided and I was able to arrive at work on time. Everyone was so courteous and kind from start to finish.

"Nice people, great service" This place really treats you special. Their waiting area is like a hotel lobby, only better because they have tons of snacks and drinks. Since our job was going to take over an hour, they called an Uber for us to and from the mall where we spent our time. Really nice place. I will definitely consider buying my next car here just because of the way the service dept. treats us.

"BMW 320i_Annual checkup" I like the BMW service experience. I like the dedicated staff member approach BMW uses, this way, he/she gets to know me and my car each time I require service. I like to commend Mr. Munoz for his dedicated attention to us when we arrived, his quick recognition and strong effort to find us a car loaner, saving us a lot of waiting time.
