"Great experience" Derrick give me white glove service for my BMW 750i from the moment I called to report an issue until after I brought back to loaner car. Very professional staff and they took care of my issue quickly.

"Friendly and effecient" Enjoyed our maintenance expert. She was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. She offered us Uber services, but in the end we did not have to wait nearly as long as other BMW dealers. The lounge was excellent with flat screen, continental breakfast with coffee, plus snacks and cold lemonade. Hard to compare this dealership with any other one I have dealt with. Will be back with both of our BMW's.

"Radio" Radio stop playing intermittently when vehicle got warm. Jorge advised that the brightness was turned up to high and over heated radio. So they lowered brightness and advised that should fix issue.
