"New BMW purchase " Entire staff was wonderful during the purchase process however alittle more time needs to be dedicated to the client once the car is purchased to show how the car works etc

"X5 tires" Derek did a great job on my purchase of tires. There is a lot to think about with an all wheel vehicle. He guided me right through.
"Getting Better " I’ve been a customer for 11 years. Initially I experienced excellent customer service, until after 2012 or 2013 it started declined tremendously. Customer service was horrible. Now, I’m so glad it’s getting better. It’s like how it used to be.

"Great Service " Fernando was phenomenal in assisting me with the repairs for my vehicle from beginning to end. I recall having Fernando as a Service Advisor before and how pleased I was with his services. I was very disappointed when he briefly left. I am so elated now that we are reunited and so is my vehicle!!

"Excellent salesman " The salesman who assisted us was so friendly and helpful. I never felt like he was doing anything but trying to help me find the best car and get the best deal. He checked in with me by text but didn’t pester me. I was looking at 6 different car brands as I made my decision so had 6 different sales guys. Jonathan at BMW was by far the easiest to work with and a big part of the reason we returned to this dealership. "Great experience " Bobby Carr our sales representative was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We appreciated that he was such a good listener and not pushy. He worked hard to make sure we were happy. We had to bring the car in two days after sale to have a couple of spots taken care of. He was there waiting to take care of everything, even taking me back to detailing to talk to the guys working there. I would highly recommend asking for Bobby.
