"Excellent customer service " Knowledgable associate with excellent customer service. My car was serviced in a timely manner and a rental car was provided while I wait. I shall recommend the purchase of a BMW to friends and family.

"Easy and quick service appointment" We called ahead to have our car serviced while on a last minute trip, "no problem." During the brief time that we were out of town the car was serviced, systems were checked (discovered a bulb that was burned out) and everything was addressed. Quick, easy and great communication throughout the process from Derek.

"Very fast and efficient " Chris had the scheduler call me and set up for my service the next day. Drove to the dealership and Judy had us in and out in no time with a loaner. Car came back fully serviced, cleaned and fueled up as promised. Great Experience.
