"Dealing with my service Carlos Munoz is easy and refreshing." Five stars to the dealership and Carlos Munoz. My car went in for an oil leak and Carlos had a car waiting for me and it was no issue at all to bring in. He even delivered the car when the job was completed and picked up the loaner. Nice and Easy.

"Great customer service experience!" I was kept up to date on the whole process of my cars service. Maria took her time to make sure I was please with everything that was done and made sure that there wasn’t any issues I wasn’t aware of. The sales and service teams are always warm, friendly and very accommodating. Making sure my time there was comfortable and stress free.

"a couple concerns" The overall experience was as expected, i.e., within the time expected, comfortable waiting area, watch the TV or find a quiet place to read, etc. My two concerns; We were concerned about the gentleman that met us in the service lane and checked us off of his list. He seemed "spacey", as if every little thing he did was an effort in thinking! We thought he might be having a stroke!
