"Scheduled Service " My service person, Mr. Lewis Mention was courteous, professional and on point. I was their for a an oil change and he informed me what other services I needed to be up to date. he confirmed I could get all done within the same time frame. he set me up with an uber to get me back to work and back to pick up the car. Lewis gave me his card and told me to call if needed anything. Lewis was a pleasure to work with and I will ask for him specifically in the future.

"Easy warranty fix & Tire replacement" Easy to schedule and get a loaner for an airbag recall fix. Also they checked out a leaky tire, said I needed a new one as the run flats are hard to repair. They price matched the lowest tire price we could find. All done with a loaner so we could run our errands.

"Sales & Service at Sarasota BMW" Everyone from the time we entered the lobby and was greeted by the receptionist was courteous and professional. Our sales representative, Abby Abouzeid, was very knowledgeable, acted professionally and worked hard at trying to find the right car for us. She came through on all that she promised and pleasantly answered all our questions.
