"First class customer service" Having been a customer of BMW Sarasota for over 4 years i can say from experience they give fantastic customer centric service. The whole group is easy to work with. "Saturday Service" I needed to have my car serviced and Saturday seemed a perfect day for it. I arrived at 8:15 and was done at 2:15. Most of the time was the replacement of the windshield sprayer assembly and new tires. A loner car was offered and accepted which allowed us to go to lunch and look around the Sarasota area. The loner was a Dodge which made me appreciate even more why I love my BMW. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and friendly and to Derek Thomas our service adviser. Job well done.

"Certifies pre-owned X3" Great experience. John Guinta the GSM from the Lambo dealership across the street was instrumental in making this happen. Abby and Eddie in sales were also great and Caz in Finance was a true professional. We look forward to next purchase once our current lease expires in December from another dealership.
