"Maria was geat. " I left this BMW dealership years ago because I thought they were doing work that didn't need to be done. I scheduled an appointment because the airbag needed to be checked under a recall. Maria was great. I explained other problems my car was having and she got the work done in a timely manner and explained everything easily. Maria kept in touch when she needed to and restored my faith in the dealership.

"AC issues" We showed up for our appointment, was made to feel at home. Derek was helpful and gave me the info I needed. I left and they called me a couple hours later with the fix. The car was very clean and looked good when I picked it up. Overall Great service. P.S. The back seat floor board had a couple dollars left out on the carpet. These were obviously found by the car wash crew, as minimal as it is, it says a lot that they were left there and not taken. I will always be a customer of this dealership.

"Very Helpful, Thorough and Professional" Derek was very thorough explaining the service that was due and price associated with each item. When the service was complete he thoroughly reviewed the itemized service invoice and the results of the Courtesy Safety Inspection. Great experience!

"AC repair" I do not see my service advisor listed here. However, Lewis Mention help us through some difficulties with the insurance company. He could not have been more professional. Naycole Wright was our original salesperson and continues to be very helpful whenever we can't find answers we go to her.

"Great service leads to a great newer BMW" Naycolle took time to educate me on the BMW 5xd with m package and through that educational process got me into an exceptional driving experience. I never knew such an exceptional vehicle existed and because Naycolle took the time with us we are now driving it and enjoying it.! It is worth noting that Carlos Munoz servicing of my 330ci over the last several years contributed to my wanting to make certain my next purchase was with BMW of Sarasota.
