"Excellent Care" My vintage 2010 325i rarely needs care, but when I need it, I call Carlos Munos. He knows my car, knows I need a loaner, and that I am able to be patient when they need time. Parts for my car are not as available, but they find them, do the maintenance and have me back in my car very quickly. The car always comes out better than before. "Always Dependable Service at SARASOTA BMW" My 2014 BMW was due for an oil change. I called my service advisor, Carlos Munoz, and an appointment was scheduled promptly. Upon inspection, my car needed additional service beyond the oil change. Everything needed was completed during the scheduled appointment in a timely manner. As usual, I was pleased with the service.
