"Vehicle recall" Excellent service. Friendly and well informed. Very focused on providing the best of service. Carlos kept me well informed and provided me with a complete recap of all the options available to me.

"Warranty work and Oil Change" I have been to Sarasota BMW several times since moving down here from Southampton, NY. Each and every time I have had a good experience. The process was efficient and professional. It is what I came to expect up North and am happy to find it in place here with Sarasota BMW. BMW did my warranty work and arranged for a loaner car from Hertz. I would have preferred a BMW loaner but for a short time things did work out.
