"Flexible and Efficient" I came in looking to only test drive the X5, however Susan and Robert made it very easy and affordable for me to exit my old lease and get into my new BMW X5. "Lease " We had a few medical problems abd our lease was still in effect on our 3 Series. We both were having probems getting in and out of it beause it was so low. They researchd and found an X3 that we could exchange to. Eric was great in finding us an X3 that suited our needs.

"Needed urgent service" Drove in without an appointment. Low tire light on and Bluetooth not working. Leaving on a 1500 mile road trip in a couple of days. Fernando couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. I expected to have to wait due to no appointment. However he fit me in and I so appreciated it.

Everyone I came in contact with at BMW of Sarasota was very professional and friendly.
