"Above and beyond" BMW of Sarasota towed my vehicle, had Uber pick me up and gave me a loaner car while my car was being repaired. Good people to do business with at repair time. Maria was a wonderful advisor.

"Another great experience at BMW of Sarasota" My car was due for service, and my assigned and advisor for this appointment was Lewis Mention, whom I had not met before. He was extremely cordial and efficient. He was thorough in going over the 60,000-mile service package, which he said was necessary for my 2014 320i. His explanation allayed any concerns I had about the cost. Rather than have me wait in the show room for 3 hours or more, Lewis encouraged me to take a loaner vehicle, which he promptly arranged. "Amazzing! " There is no reason I wouldn’t recommend of BMW of Sarasota. I stopped in unannounced in my 15 year old Trouble car and was helped right away and treated with the utmost respect by EVERY employee. Not to mention the waiting area/ lounge was updated and modern, the amenities included cookies baked onsite, an assortment of soda, water, chips, coffee and comfortable chairs with place to charge your phone while you wait. "Great" Solved problems I had with car smell. Turned out it was caused by an oil filter gasket. Very little waiting time! Will come back for future service.

"Very efficient" I brought my BMW that was sending message about transmission problems, the concierge gave us an emergency appointment and we took it on Saturday at 11:00 AM and by 3:00 PM was ready to go and it was only the battery needing replacement.
