"128i Service" I was greeted quickly and professionally. The waiting area is comfortable, clean and the snacks and drinks which are provided are appreciated. The $29.95 oil change special turned out to cost $64.96, a surprise. The cost of installation of my provided air filter was reasonable, though. The facility deserves a 5- star rating but the cost if service limits my rating to a 3 stars.

"Great honest hospitality" All of my needs were taken care of and a loaner can was provided. Kristen was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Chong Lee took the car for a test drive with me and knew exactly what he was talking about.

"Fantastic Service!!" I really love BMW of Sarasota. The waiting area is awesome except very cold. I have always been treated with kindness. Eric Reeves treated me like a gentleman should treat a lady. He was very compassionate about the recent passing of my Papa. "Annual Service" BMW of Sarasota has an excellent and professional Service Department. Maria Lizardi ,my service advisor, is very courteous and professional. She always has my car ready on time and it is always fixed. I have a 2018 BMW now, but I previously had a 2011 BMW which occasionally needed more that the usual maintenance. Maria would make sure that the problem was fixed the first time in the BMW shop. I will continue to bring my BMW X5 to BMW of Sarasota for service.
