"Smooth, painless and fast" My experience with Roy Pollack (Salesman) and Jerry Gonzalez(Sales Manager) was excellent. During my 1st visit when I was "just looking" I didn't feel pressured to buy and also Roy didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time. This experience during my "just looking" phase was what lead me back to buying a car from them.

"New set of tires, front brakes routine maintenance" Mr. L Mention had done great jobbfir my service need. My 2017 BMW x1’s warranty surprised me somewhat. My 2015 M 4 and 2015 535Xi all supposed having 4 year brake serverice coverage. With my x1 at 2 1/2 year ownweship the brake wear is not covered. I am very much disappointed. Obviously Tesla model S is my next vehicle to be. Overall your Service department is doing great job. I will continue to have all my Bimmers servives by you when I am in Florida.

"Service" Excellent response from Carlos, getting an appointment right away, passing my record to Judy Owens since he wasn't scheduled ro be on duty the Saturday I was there. Judy also did an excellent job getting the routine service done on a very busy day in the service bays. She went the extra mile to make the experience as good as it could be.

"Personalized service that puts a smile on your face" BMW of Sarasota makes maintenance service visits as pleasurable as can be. Top quality products handled by the most knowledgeable technicians that can answer any question with great patience and always a friendly attitude. I couldn’t think of anything to make our visit any better except maybe if the Herzt dealership had cleaner/nicer cars for loaners while our BMW was being worked on.
