"Excellent " Very helpful and know there products. There staff was kind. They were supporting . They need to detail there vehicles a little better then what they do but it was ok I am very particular about my vehicle.

"Replace tires, convertible top, engine part" My service advisor, Lewis was phenomenal. He was just outstanding. He listened attentively and took appropriate action. He advised on costs and we moved forward. He was extremely pleasant and over the top communicative. He even exceeded normal expectations by getting me a ride home on Uber. Great stuff.

"Exceptional care even for old cars!" Fernando is awesome! I received a letter that my ‘02 5-series may need a recall service, and also had them do an oil change. Fernando was able to apply a discount to the oil change for a promotion that was actually starting the next week! My car ended up not needing the recall done but they looked over everything and treated me like a valued customer as if I had bought a new car from them. The mechanics even tightened up some stuff from a part I repaired myself recently, free of charge. ... read more

"Carlos is the MAN" Carlos makes every service visit easy - and even with all the people he has to deal with, he knows my name. I am thankful that Carlos makes my wife and I feel welcome, no matter HOW busy he might be. I cannot say enough GOOD things about the BMW Service Center but the most important one is probably this - "We won't take our BMW anywhere else!"
