"Purchase of a 2019 BMW X5. " Great service. I ordered the car for pick up in Florida while in Canada. The salesman worked through the whole purchase process and financing. When I arrived in Florida to pick up the vehicle everything was great.

"Service from Fernando was very good and prompt." Fernando looked up warranty info and said service to transmission would be covered. I also asked about price match with buying a battery which was a positive. It turned out the old low battery caused the transmission malfunction. I found that to be very odd, but a quick "fix."

"Warranty repair" Everyone in the service department was very professional. My service advisor kept me informed about the repair and since it took a couple of days to get the parts, the provided me with a loaner vehicle.

"Air pressure low in tires " Brought car in due to needing air in tires. Always happens when outside temperature goes down. Did not have an appointment but was taken care of immediately. Appreciated the quick service.
