"Goos sales/service, BMW is Better than Mercedes we owned." We used Robert R. as the Manager and Eddie as C. the salesman. There was no pressure. We have used Robert before when he was in sales. They gave us the best deal--lower than Bert Smith and Palm Harbor BMW in Tampa area and also Ft, Meyers. I was able to save about $120 a moth on the Lease. In the Past it was hard dealing with Sarasota BMW, thus we would travel North or South for the better deal. I think with Robert there in Management, maybe their goals have changed... read more

"Drove up from Naples...awesome buying experience!" After very poor treatment at Germain BMW in Naples, we drove up to Sarasota to look at a similar certified BMW. The entire experience here...and the staff...was excellent...would definitely buy again from BMW of Sarasota....well worth the 90 minute drive up I-75!

"Excellent service on short notice to replace worn tires." Worked with Carlos Munoz. He was extremely helpful finding what our needs were and doing what was necessary to meet them. We got in for tire replacement and aligning in shhort order, and waited while the process was completed efficiently.
