"Annual Check Up" From start to finish I was treated like a person of consequence and not one of the multitude. Everything I asked for was checked and taken care of. Seth went above and beyond his duty to take care of my questions and wants. The waiting area was full of treats, TV, current newspaper, magazines and interesting people. I gave them a time frame because I had one other appointment that day and I got out in plenty of time to get to where I needed to be.

"Other than being ignored, it was okay" I arrived at 9:30, right on time for my appointment, was told Seth would be taking care of me. I gathered some items out of the car and went into the lounge to wait, and wait.....and wait some more. "Ecellent Customer Service!" I got the white glove treatment from Maria! Brought in our X5 for a folding mirror issue. Initially I was told that the CPO warranty department denied he claim. I discussed with Maria my compelling reasons why I thought it should be covered. She listened, she understood and agreed to talk with the service manager.
