"Great Service!" The service was great, from the evaluation to the work performed to address the problem. The entire staff I communicated with was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and showed a genuine care about my problem. The only concern I had was the price, which I thought was high, being that it’s FL and not NY, where the COL is substantially higher.

"Efficiency" Service Advisor Derek Thomas was very professional and courteous. Arrived 15 minutes early for a 10:00 am appointment. Car did not move to servicing area until 10;30. I was told it was ready at 11:30. It takes an hour to remove, install and balnce new tire ? It would have been only an hour, if they had started at 10:00 am. An hour is a reasonable time to wait for a tire change !

"Quality, Professional, Courteous and Caring" I was pleased with the thoroughness of the evaluation of the problem and the subsequent work performed to address it. The service counselor Carlos was simply great in terms of attitude, knowledge and understanding of my needs.
"Apple type experience!" The Sarasota BMW service dept is great! Attentive, fast and thorough and fair. Derrick Thomas & Maria Liazardia are 110%’rs in my book! Took the opportunity to talk with Jack, very knowledgeable gentleman, who arranged a test drive in a ‘19 X5. This place is like visiting an Apple Center!
