"Loaner car perfect touch" Great service. I really felt special. And it was a great extra touch to put me in a loaner while I waited for oil change and inspection to be done

"Excellent Service " I’ve been the owner five BMWs All purchased in Atlanta between three BMW dealerships. My experience at BMW Sarasota was phenomenal I wish they were in Atlanta. The entire staff was so pleasant and kept congratulating me on the purchase of my new car. My sales rep Eric Reeves was very thorough and customer focused and the financing process was painless.

"Maria is the best!" Maria Lizardi always does a fantastic job in taking care of me when I need to bring my car in for service. She is super professional and a joy to work with.
"Repair 435i" Lewis is my service contact and he is amazing. He had my loaner waiting for me and was communicative about the status of my vehicle. It’s holiday time, and due to my line of work i needed to be in and out of there, and he did just that. Thank you Lewis!!!!!

"Jessica Caycedo" I worked with Jessica Caycedo at BMW Sarasota and she was awesome. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to respond to questions, price check parts ( I e , tires). Her assistance was invaluable at every level. I recommend her.
"Very helpful and courteous " You arrive and they greet you before you get out of your car. They go over everything they are going to perform during your visit including the approximate time. They walk you over to a reception area that has everything you need to enjoy the time waiting. They occasionally stop and ask how you are doing and if there is anything they can do to help. They come and advise your car is ready and walk you to it. It is clean and the job is done very close to on time.
