"All was good except the rental car " The service center was great, lots of help from Susan from New Jersey. Jessica was great to work with. The only downfall was getting into a rental car. I waited 90 minutes. Fortunately when I went back for the car I was in and out.

"Best service...always!!" I have always been treated fairly by BMW of Sarasota. My service manager, Fernando, is absolutely fair and honest...always prompt and courteous! He is beyond outstanding!! I have priced service from after-market, local service repair shops, and I always go back to BMW of Sarasota. I know the parts are genuine, their work is warrantees, and their pricing is fair and competitive.

"2 new front tires" Excellent price and service and even gave an additional $100 discount. Seth always takes great care of me. He even showed me a tire cross check and offered matching best price. Seth is not listed as a service employee below. WHY?

"Great" Great and excellent service! I was very impressed with Titian. She is affable and very knowledgeable about sales and customer service and satisfaction. When the time comes to replace and/or buy an other vehicle Sarasota BMW will be my first choice. I did noti interface with Carlos but my wife did and she was very impressed.

"Maria: Top Of The Mark" My first visit to the service center was shortly after my purchase. That was a disaster, however that has changed every visit now is all that you expect and more. "1 year service work - oil change" Would recommend when providing a car wash that the interior be vacuum. I do not need to type a message that is 25 words minimum
