"Frustration" It is not your fault. There was a computer glitch in my 2019 X3 M40i which caused warning signals about a malfunctioning TPM. To rectify this it took 3 hours one day, ordering a part Over night and a 1 1/2 hour visit day 2. You did your job. It was simply not fun. My service guy Seth is not listed below.

"Annual Service Visit" Service light comes on every year at this time cause its time for my annual oil change. Great time to get car checked out and found out I needed new front brakes and also had a few other things serviced including a service recall for PCV valve. Car drives like a brand new one only mine is a 2011 528I. See you next Year!

"Purchasing used vehicle " The dealership is beautiful and everyone was very nice. The only downside of the experience is just how long it takes to complete the transaction. I went to look at/drive and purchase a specific vehicle and was preapproved for financing with BOA. Because I initiated the financing ahead of time, I was told that BOA would not negotiate on the interest rate so you all were going to shop around for me to get a better rate. "Awesome" I went in for an oil change and whatever they do at that time. Carlos was my service person and he was awesome. Got my car in on schedule and it was done 30 minutes ahead of schedule and even washed! He really cares about doing his job well!
