Jasmine is great and so is Greg service manager. Although it took 3 hours I was given a loaner. The holdup was getting the car washed. That took almost 45 minutes

Just made my second purchase from BMW of Sarasota. It's worth the drive from Clearwater. Customer service is amazing. Despite multiple sales going that day, I felt like I was the only one making a purchase. Eddie, my sales person, was a pleasure to deal with again. He made sure I got a great deal. Service department is also amazing and very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a car.

I love the people in this dealership! Very professional and easy to work with, not pushy but respectful. Notably my experience was with Emilio (manager),Tatiana (sales) and finally Jesus (Finance). I got a great deal on a great car, and I am very happy. Great work guys!
